Catching up some more.....


Vic's Dyna chop catching up fast with added supports for saddlebag at left rear.
Using same frame tubes as Goldrush frame but with adjusted centre post to accommodate the Dyna transmission
Rear mudguard shaped to exactly fit rear tyre. The centre post also mirrors the tyre curve.

After......

Parts back from nickel plating. Mixture of lightly blasted and polished finish to give contrast. Love the effect - will be using it again!

Motorplate, brake caliper brackets, sprocket, sidemount and machined primary cover all ready for nickel plating

All ready for a black cloak

All prepared ready to go for powder coating.
Frame, fork legs ( Bastybikes), rear mudguard, chain guard and gearbox mount
 Will have a gloss black coating which will be top lacquered to preserve the shine and avoid scratches

Exhausted! Tony's Khief project

S&S KN Kone 93 cu in motor framed to perfection by polished stainless steel two into two exhausts

Held together by an aluminium cut-out clamp and following the lower rails of the frame exactly 

Baffled and terminated with polished brass end caps
